What do I need in order to be eligible for a wholesale account?
By registering with SYMAHELICOPTERS.COM, you assert that you are a business, proprietor, or agent acting on behalf of an entity with legal status to resell product. You also assert that you will report and submit any retail sales tax with your governing tax authority. We require documentation as evidence of this such as: copy of your business Federal Tax ID, State Reseller's Tax Permit, or Business License (click to see examples of each). We also require that all wholesale customers sign and fax a credit card authorization form for our records. We will need a copy of the front and back of a government issued picture Identification (i.e. driver's license or passport).

What type of wholesale discount will I be given?
Our wholesale discounts are tiered and based on annual purchase volume. This discount is taken off our regular retail price. We have 5 different discount levels based on your annual purchase volume. Once your annual purchases exceed one of these volume levels, we will upgrade your wholesale discount to the next level for all subsequent purchases in that given year. Once you sign up, we will provide you with details on the available discount levels.

How soon can I start ordering?
After you submit the required documentation and complete the online registration form, a SYMAHELICOPTERS.COM representative must approve your account. This typically takes 2-3 business days after all documentation is received. You will need your login and password in order to access wholesale pricing.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes, the first order placed requires a minimum purchase of $300. Any order thereafter will have a $100 minimum purchase requirement.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Paypal, and bank wire transfers. Select your payment option at check out.  We offer 1% off all cash payments.

Are wholesale items eligible for returns / refunds in case I don't like them?
Wholesale orders are not eligible for a cash refund. All wholesale orders are considered final.

How are the wholesale items packaged?
SYMAHELICOPTERS.COM wholesale orders will be securely packaged in sealed cartons.

Do you have a printed version of your trade catalog with prices available to mail to me?
We currently do not have our products on printed catalogue.  Princes are subject to change and availability depends on new arrivals and stock status.  You may view our entire selection via our website. Wholesale prices will only be provided after you are approved for a wholesale account.

How long does it take for my wholesale order to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours. There may be delays if there are issues with product availability or payment information.

What are the shipping options?
For wholesale orders shipped within the United States: UPS Ground or UPS Freight.

For wholesale orders shipped internationally, outside of the United States: US Postal Service - International Priority.

What if some of my items are not in stock at the time of my order?
We will ship out what is available immediately and you can keep the back-ordered items on reserve if you prefer. Our customer service team will contact you if any items are out of stock.

Where is the product being shipped from?
We will be shipping your products directly from our office located in Montereey Park, California, USA.

What currency are the prices in?
The prices are shown in US dollars and we currently only accept US dollars.

Can I use Symahelicopters images on my site?
Yes, but you need to keep the watermark on the image that shows it is an Syma Helicopters image. You cannot alter the image or written content in any way.

Do you offer drop shipping?

For delivery charges, can I request that you use my own Fedex or UPS account?
No, we do not offer the option of using your own account unless your order is over $5,000.

How soon will the drop ship order be shipped out to my customer?
We understand that it is critical to have orders shipped out immediately. As long as the item is in stock and there are no shipping or payment delays we will get it out the door within 24 hours. A tracking number will be updated when you sign into your my account.

What if the wholesale price listed is more expensive than the retail sale price on
In some cases our retail sale price may be lower than your wholesale discounted price. If you would like to purchase such an item, please contact us with the item name, code, size (if applicable), and requested quantity. We will then manually adjust the price so that your wholesale discount price matches the retail sale price as shown on PLEASE NOTE: There are some products that are excluded from the discounted pricing, such as quantity and clearance items.

Must submit required information and documentation to be eligible for a wholesale account. Once you complete the form, please wait to receive confirmation of wholesale account before shopping. If your wholesale account has already been confirmed you may log in to your account and begin shopping. Always make sure to log in to our wholesale site (via your My Account) in order to access your discount rates and shipping options. First time wholesale customers must place initial order of $300 or more to qualify for the account. Subsequent orders must be $100 or more to be processed.
